Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV 190/50R17 not available?

Some Canadian retailers are selling Diablo R IVs now in most common sizes, but not 190/50R17. I haven't found any US retailers selling it either, in fact, but Pirelli does list it as a size that it is available in - is there a chance that anybody knows what's going on? Or even know who would know? Answers I have gotten so far aren't helpful. I'd like to get a set of these, but if it's something like supply chain blah blah not available this year then I will settle for something else.

Maybe try dealers who focus on tire sales, like Pete's Superbike or Ace Moto Tech in Milton? Pete's is super fast responding to emails, as that's how you get pricing on some lines...

I can confirm that Pete's is very responsive, and I am a happy customer of theirs, but they were not able to shed any light on this

Weird. A quick Google suggests they're for sale in Japan (link here), but nowhere else. As it's a brand new tire, the 190/50 might not be available for a while, as it's in less demand than a 55 for sporty use. My RC51 uses a 50 stock, but almost everyone runs a 55 to sharpen the steering. Granted, the 'pig' nickname is partly because of the sluggish, uh, I mean, 'stable' steering...

Gave up on this and ordered Rosso IIIs instead. Thought it was worth mentioning that literally every single place where I talked to or emailed a human for a price on them, they would say something like "ooh, sporty" or "good choice" like bruh. Are you getting a commission on these?
