Piaggio Turn signals and now spedometer/odometer not working

I have a fly 150 piaggio and the turn signals don't work. The lights on the dashboard don't work for the signals either. They all 4 stopped working at the same time. I checked the fuses and all seem fine. I swapped out the relay with a few other 5 pin relays and still didn't work. Where can I check next to get the signals working again?

Recently the speedometer and odometer stopped working. The fuel gauge is still working and I checked the fuses again and they all seem fine. What can be wrong with this as well?

Are you using a multimeter to check your fuses? If not, then you must. A visual check is not sufficient. Get an electrical schematic and, with your multimeter, check every wire, connection, fuse, socket, bulb, etc. for electrical connectivity. It is probably something small. If you cannot do this, and do not want to or have no ability to learn to wrench your bike, then get your scoot to a dealer and pay them.

You can find the Fly 150 Workshop Manual online, it has some troubleshooting steps to take and has a wiring diagram.

With widespread electrical trouble, I'd also check ground connections. You haven't provided any history of thr bike - if you use it a lot and have a heavy key-chain, the ignition switch would be another area to check.

I found the manual and for the signal they suggest the following

TURN INDICATOR NOT WORKING
Possible Cause Operation
Electronic ignition device failure With the key switch set to "ON" jump the contacts
1 (Blue-Black) and 5 (Orange) on the control unit
connector.
If by operating the turn indicator control the lights
are not steadily on, replace the control unit; otherwise,
check the cable harness and the switch.

Check the simple things first, then go for more complex solutions. Do you have a multimeter and did you check your fuses with the multimeter to ensure they are still electrically conductive? Checking for common ground is also an excellent suggestion. This may be a very simple problem, so there's no need to go for further complexity.
