one of those 5 doors needs to be a high lift so i can get a boat on a trailer in , otherwise I thing that shop my be about perfect.

This year I made a dozen cutting/serving boards from a huge black walnut tree that came down at a friends cottage , they all climbed it as kids so now they have a piece.
Last yr was pepper grinders , Lee valley inside workings and about an hour of lathe work .

I have a 600' spool of 1/2 nylon double braid rope and may make new dock lines for a few boat friends if I get bored between C'mas and New yrs , it can be a Ukranian C'mas gift .

My dads been making cutting boards….can’t wait to see the end product.

cutting boards , charcutterie boards are pretty easy , if you have access to a planer or thickness sander, There are about 2,972,987 people making them so there is no market possibility , but people really dig having something 'you' made or has a sentimental connection.

My mom used to knit everybody a grandma toque , which you wore all day Christmas and never again LOL .
She now knits tiny hats for new borns in hospital which is fun and baby outfits that she donates to the hospital gift shop , where they sell them for pure profit , which is awesome.

You just aren't thinking crude enough. This guy sells crudely made cock boards that he has someone else make. They are flying off the shelves.

On a similar note is his competitor, Dickcheese.

LoL...guess I need to tell my dad about this. Every time he thinks about starting a business of selling knife boards, coasters, etc I have to show him how many people are making them.

As for personalized gifts...I got this from my buddy years ago before he passed away unfortunately. One of my favourite pens. He turned pens on a lathe and did something something.
