People

What part of the 406? Near the Pen Centre. Lots of accidents around that area. Never good when they run. Doing something they shouldn't have been doing aside from the hit & run I would expect.

People have always sucked, though over the last two decades its just gotten exponentially worse.

Plus we have more ways of actually seeing / recording / witnessing these things with the advent of smart phones, twitter and the like.

A little of column A, a little of Column B. You definitely see more crazy stuff nowadays because of cameras and the internet etc, but even day to day in person you see more things that make you just shake your head at where humanity is heading.
 
Pet Peeve: A vehicle suddenly intrudes into your lane and the knee jerk reaction is to avoid a crash so you dodge. In doing so you hit a third party and the original cause drives away because there was no contact.

wrote off my imported JDM MR2 back in the day due to this. Had it for 3 days and some ********* in an STi wanted to play in the rain on yonge st. I didn't bite so he swerved into my lane but hadn't cleared in front of me yet. I turned to avoid him, lost traction and started sliding into oncoming traffic, brought her back around then lost it to snap oversteer into a concrete wall. Took about 6 grand hit after parting her out. :(

police laid careless driving charges, beating that wasn't fun. STi obviously didn't stop.
