I don't have a lot of specific experience with them, but something to note: they are not a direct writer like they seem to be. PC is a broker and purchase their products from other canadian insurers. Look at the fine print on their website.
I use PC Insurance. They gave us the best rate as my wife works for the schoolboard. I have not had any troubles and they paid my claim when I got into an accident a few years ago. I have nothing bad to say about them.
