I don't know what i did.It may have been the "flash" update.When i scroll down or up a page the page stutters and refreshes as it moves up or down.Very annoying and slow.Any ideas where to start?

Flash is making more and more use of GPU acceleration over time. It might be exposing problems with your display driver. I'd start with trying to update that, if possible.
Yep, update the graphics card driver, or attempt to change the resolution on the screen.
Yaaaaah.It worked.Reinstalled vga drivers and all is well.Thanks guys.Everyone gets a free get out ban card!
