Parts Guys at Ready Honda Powerhouse Dealer

Went in there yesterday to get some parts for the bike. Wasn't sure which spark plugs I needed for the Shadow and as I was driving right by there anyway thought I would drop in.

Not only did the guy let me know I needed four of them (Didn't know that!) he also told me about the tool in the toolkit that would be a lifesaver. (Which it turned out to be!)

Also showed me where all four plugs were on the bike. I had no idea!

Not sure if that's the guy I dealt with...however he was really good and very helpful.

Rob's a good guy, he knows his stuff and he's been doing this for a while!

Definitely not the service guy. I Talked to him twice and felt like I was dealing with a summer student...

Rob is always willing to go the extra bit to help out. Extremely knowledgable about most bikes. (not just Hondas)
