Hey guys, so I just came back from ParkerBros and let me tell you I had a great experience. First I ordered my Tires on the phone I believe I spoke with Terry, the conversation went well as he was very polite. He told me come in on sat we open at 10, ask for Chris as he will install the tires for you.

I walked in the store was greeted I asked for Chirs, and just like Terry mentioned Chris took my bike to the back right away. Since I was waiting, another employee told me it'll probably b 45min-1hour, he said if you want there is a tim hortons down the road, grab a magazine, ill hold your helmet and come back in an hour or ill call u once were almost done.

So I decided once it was close to 1 hour id go back and see where they are in terms of being finished. As I went in another employee again asked if I needed help, I informed him I was waiting for my bike, he went to the back and said bike is about done.
Chris brought my bike back to the front came in and told me its all done.

They also warned me about the tires are slippery since they are new, and I should be extra cautious for about 100kms. Chris also mentioned my chain was dry, so he lubed it up for free, WICKED lol At this point I finished paying and as I say cya, they all say Be safe out there, and again b careful on those new tires.

I decided to right this review because I wanted to share the experience I had, and how positive it was. On that note call me a bit of a freak, but I also took pics of the bike b4, checked it out after the tire installation, and I got the bike back the exact way I brought it in.
Reason I took pics is to avoid the oil change that Rg0r had to go through (http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforum/showthread.php?146709-Riders-choice-oil-change-gone-wrong.) not because I didn't trust them.

Parkerbros website if u wanna check them out www.powersports.ca
And there located 825 kipling ave Toronto

Hey Im running exactly that, michelin pilot ct2 and let me tell u I noticed the difference right away, especially when it comes to turning. They feel great, and I feel great knowing I got nice new tread lol Thank ride safe as well!

Hehe... small world... Im happy you like them. The only thing I am worried about is their "average" durability... they say they loose their traction at around 8000km ... which is not that bad, but would be nice to get more milage out of them. In any case, they are worth knowing I feel safe riding.

Thanks.... Cya

Cant go wrong with Parker Bros, Chris, Glen and Dave the owner are all honest stand up guys with excellent customer service skills

I have shopped at parker before and had no bad experiences...just wondering why you had to post up about your experience where they did what they were paid to do? Isn't that the point of a business, to do what you are paid to do? Good guys there though.

Regarding the pictures, how is that going to help you? You show them a picture of the bike before hand and then look at the bike in person now. Who's to say that the picture was just taken? It could be a three year old photo and now you have scratches and craks that aren't in the pictures? Best bet would be to walkaround with the mechanic and say how it is in perfect condition and get them to agree to it.

Ive also been to this shop for work and they were professional, friendly, and got me in right away!! I will definetly be back....
