Pant repairs?

Relax

I'd rather not throw out my pants that are otherwise in perfect shape other than the ballistic nylon on the knees are coming apart. Any recommendations, or is this material something that anyone has access to? I don't even think there is Kevlar stitching in these (Joe Rocket Alter Ego).

Balistic nylon is easy to find, the spec you are looking for is 600 Denier Nylon, common brand name is Cordura. You can probably find some in the bargain bin at Fabricland, FabricFabric or BAL Trading in Markham. If you can't find it, 3mm leather is a good substitute. You can also salvage it from a hockey bag or heavy nylon duffel bag -- that's the most common use for Cordura.
