In the first pic, the guy at the end in the red shirt, how does he get a full face helmet on?I spend a bunch of time with Ducati folks (Ducatisti),and the funny thing is they are not much like the peeps in that vid.Hollywood and L.A. is weird!
It's not just a motorcycle, it's a lifestyle.
That's my good bud Tim Speigelberg. One of the best Euro engine builders around. It's funny to watch him on an 1198 with his old Bell open face lid.I don't think Tim even owns a bike anymore. He spends all his time building.Rob (back row middle) is fun ta watch on his 1098.He's 6'5"! And his wife Sharon beside him rides a Monster with custom purple leathers. Her boob is bigger than your head, and she'll prove it.In the first pic, the guy at the end in the red shirt, how does he get a full face helmet on?
this bike is being advertised and marketed to the gucci loafer wearing squids, who will drop the bike on its side x amount of times, if not, crash it.
I was just wondering how many people in that video could actually ride a motorcycle, let alone be able to ride the 1199 to anywhere near it's potential.

In any crowd, you'll find people with their heads up their rears.I've been with the club since i bought my first Duc eight years ago.I'm a noob for sure in that circle of folks. The group i hang with is not into perrier. It's more like Millwaukee Lite.
There are club members on 1098's that do no better than two minute laps at Mosport and there are also folks capable of sub 1:30's.
Alas it's like all clubs.Politics and personalities always seem to get in the way of just having fun.But the docc i know is better than most.
