fail to stop criminal + provincial fail to stop, all the hta violations during the chase etc.
 
IMO, from what the article says about clocking her at 154km/h and she evaded by braking and riding on the sidewalk, it didn't really seem like she "tried" very hard to run otherwise the article would probably say she got clocked at 154km/h and reached speeds up to 2xxkm/h attempting to escape. Unless she wasn't confident at riding at those speeds - then thats a different story.
 
unless it was a ninja 250, at which case 154km/h may have been top speed say if she was a beefy lady..

just saying.
