Open cockpit flights in or near the GTA?

Hi All,

I still have on my bucket list to go for a ride in an open-cockpit airplane (preferable a biplane).

I used to fly but lost my license shortly after I got it due to a medical condition; every couple of years when the itch gets bad I hire a small plane & pilot for a bit of sightseeing and a bit of time for me at the controls.

I know the aviation museum in Ottawa has a biplane they use for sightseeing however passengers have no access to the controls, I'd be stuck as a passenger only. I really want a chance to fly the thing for a bit too.

Anyone have a lead for anything within say a days drive of the GTA that can help me out?

That bucket isn't going to empty itself!

I've done open cockpit gliding but that was in the UK. Still it was awesome. Not sure I've ever seen any in Ontario but then I've only seen one or two fields where they have a gliding club here but all I've seen are closed cockpit.
