Anyone know when they're scheduled to open again?

For those who don't know this place, they sell a bunch of used moto parts. Their ceiling is lined with rebuilt fairings. Def a place to stop by =D

this place has been around forever...everyone knows about em.

in terms of hours, they used to have them listed on the answering machine message.

Lolz...I just found out about this place back in Nov. Tried calling before, nothining mentioning 'bout times or dates...dropped by and a sign said they'll be open when "the season begins". Guess I"ll try again in April.

It's normally around April time frame but I pass there every day so I can post here when it finally opens again if you want

If you drive by and see dozens of bikes out front they're open.

Maybe it was a bad day or something, but I called there last year looking for a part, and whoever I spoke to on the phone wasn't very friendly, and "accidentally" hung up on me. Called back after a short while, just to have the phone slammed down twice without even getting to talk to anyone. Wound up looking elsewhere as a result. I didn't really expect them to know off hand if a very specific part would be in stock, but at least a "come in and check" would have been better than just hanging up on someone.

That said, assuming they want your business, resources like these are very beneficial to us and I wish there were more around that did honest business. Despite my sour experience with them last year, I'd still try them again as a source for parts.

Everytime i've walked into Ontario Cycle the place has been packed with customers, probably the main reason why the phone always rings without being answered.

I would presume they take preference to a warm body in the shop over someone calling in.

Quite understandable, many stores including the one I work at operate similarly, but still not an excuse to hang up on a customer/slam the phone down when someone calls. I'd have at least explained that it was too busy and to come in and check etc; maybe it was a bad day for the guy answering the phone or something, but as I said, I'd still give these guys another try.

It's an old school shop and they still do things the old way.

Thats a good thing if you are looking for used parts, i'm sure the prices would triple if the store operated as a modern business.

I say give them another chance.

i live around the corner from them 5 min walk ill post up when they open. always helped me when i go in never phone to busy.

They're not great with the phone, but it's surprising what they've found on their shelves for me. They also let me behind the counter to dig through their bucket of bolts to find some replacement case bolts that disappeared on me. :) I kinda like 'em.

TO Cycle has parts clean and with part #s for the same price. Browns Line and Lakeshore. Guys I know speak well of Junior, the Tech there.

At least they still don't have the Lamborghini Diablo for rental! My friend rented it for his graduation and it had a V6 engine in it! It was a Fiero converted to a Lamborghini!!! $1,500 he paid, filed a complaint with the BBB and all they said was "Didn't you check their rating with us before you rented it? F-"
