one mirror for M2 exit test full M

A couple threads down there much debate of people running one mirror when driving. My question is in the title. Will the drive test centre allow you to do the road test with just one mirror, particularly in my case it's on the left side. Thanks!

It's legal to operate the vehicle with only one mirror. That doesn't mean you won't run into a tester who would require you to have two. Given that you could end up arguing with the person who holds your riding life in his hands you have to ask yourself one question: "Is it worth taking the chance?"

I would agree, even though you can ride with one.... It is something different when they feel you need both for testing for that specific tester... Pop a single one on the other side for the test then take it off.
