Man, these guys are AWESOME!
I called them up looking for an Arai RX-Q, gave me a price of $650 over the phone. I went in, tried a couple sizes on, went with the Large and got it ordered the next day.
I picked it up next day, put the helmet on and went home. Soon as I got home, I felt some pressure on the back of my neck and figured it was because the helmet was too tight. I called Matt back and they told me to not wear the helmet, keep it in the bag and come back when I can and they'll sort it out.
Went back a couple days later, Matt wasn't there, but another guy was who was just as helpful (short, almost bald?) They didn't have an XL in stock but went to their supplier, and got one for me to try on. After talking to the sales guy, trying on an XL, he assured me that my head size was L.
I figured that maybe I just wasn't used to wearing the correct size, snug helmet that I should have been all these years. I've been wearing it for a couple days now and the pressure is gone, and I love wearing the helmet!
Great guys, really helpful and prices match those all over online (every US site, the helmet is listed for $607.95+shipping/duties/taxes) would have been around the same price or a few bucks cheaper.
Now I need some new gloves.. I know where I'm going!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
