Old bike with few KM's

Hey guys/girls,
finished my fanshawe motorcycle course yesterday and now in the market for bikes.
I have my eye on a 2001 ninja with only 3600 kms for $2500 obo it comes saftied and with the uvip
what should i look for?(dirty carbs, bad gas, spark plugs, oil, battery..) or just walk away from this. The bike is 'mint looking'.
 
You cannot really look for | dirty carbs | spark plugs (or) Test battery | without taking a bunch things apart. 3600kms is very low for a 2001. If the bike was stored away with fuel sitting in carbs, would be concerned about float needle seals, and other seals in the carbs.

But if she fires up right away, and runs well..why not.

Tires would be WAY too old by now too.

Here's something 7 years newer for not much more. Asking $3000 obo.
