Interesting quick read. Wouldn't there be some DNA correlation between father and son?
 
If it was the son, what would happen to the results of the wrongful death lawsuit? Would the beneficiaries be required to pay them back?
 
Completely messed up that he wasn't even a suspect. Especially with his history of assaults and mental illness. Seems that if he did do it, daddy helped him get away with it.
