I just wonder, that in the off chance that he is granted a stay, what that would mean as a precedent.

But yes, firing squad with a killshot to the head should do the trick.
 
How does someone, on a limited supply diet like a cafeteria prison, get up to 480+ pounds??

It's not like he had a daily walk to the McDonald's and filled his 9 big mac per hour addiction...
 
Never too fat to find a vein. 3 missed attempts even happens in guys with veins popping out everywhere.
If he's 100% guilty, kill the guy.
 
Most likely they'd aim for the heart because through the head would produce disfigurement. With that being said, I'm generally opposed to death penalty (innocent people have been sentenced and it didn't do anything to prevent crime in the US).. Just offering a practical engineering solution within their legal framework :cool:
