I'm transferring my mom's car to my name, and the MTO web site says we have to fill out a form in front of a notary/commissioner of oaths.

I've Googled and called a couple places but no answer. Can anyone recommend someone? It needs to be after 3PM tomorrow.

^ the MTO offices sometimes have Notaries on staff. Phone first, or maybe you can check online which ones do. They do charge for this though.

I was at the Service Ontario office in Etobicoke about a month ago on a Sat. They had a person there that did the oath application. I would call first to see if they are there and what times.

Go to your local municpal office, the clerk or the deputy clerk does it there, or any lawyers office.

FYI: Square One Service Ontario does not have the commissioner today. They also don't answer the phones. :|
