Noise from front

I have been hearing a griding noise from my front tire. I am concerned its the brake pads. I've ridden it and the brakes work fine. Anyone else get this. Even when I roll the bike I hear the grinding noise and when I brake I hear it too; but no issues with the brakes. Any ideas what this is? Anyone know of anywhere in the Mississauga and surrounding area that inspects bikes (not for an arm and a leg and doesn't take a week to do it). Thank in advance.

had something similar after riding in the rain... but went away.
I'd suggest just getting it looked at by a mechanic... not sure of anyone in Sauga though

Check the front wheel bearings.

I did get stuck in the rain recently and rode in it...but it was doing it before but now after the rain ride its louder...I'll check the wheel bearings ...thanks

And check the brake pads too. Could be metal on metal!

It was the brake pads on the front...I'm having them changed by frekguy on this forum...he is a great guy to deal with....very patient guy
