A friend of mine booked a trail ride for two for today with trailtour.com.

We where told to show up at 115 and porter road for 8:30-8:45 .

We had confirmation for the day of trail riding .

No one showed up to take us riding from the company .We tried calling all their phone numbers to see why no one is at the meeting point .No answer at any of their numbers .

I would be ****** if they cancelled the day before .I could have made plans to do something else . But both of us took the day off work .We drove 1.5 hours to the meeting point .So we wasted a 3 hours of driving and 1.5 hours of waiting .All for nothing !


You can be sure I will post this experience to all my usual forums .

If you were at the right spot at 115 and Porter Road, you were literally 2 mins away from their base camp. We went there on Saturday, 8 of us. A great time had by all and staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe they were just telling you where the place was, and didn't literally mean "at the intersection".

Were you in the correct location? On the right day?
Was your friend refunded/credited?
