No more free shipping to Canada from Twisted Throttle

Just thought I'd give people a heads up. Twisted Throttle merged their Canadian and American sites a while ago, but still offered free shipping to Canada with no duties or import fees.

As of January 1st 2022, they no longer offer free shipping to Canada, although they will still be duty/import free. - Edit: This is NOT true. I misread their e-mail: "Canadian customers will not be charged GST/PST/HST, duties, or clearance during checkout on our website. Those fees, if any, will be charged directly to you by FedEx or USPS at the time the package is delivered."

Found out when I was trying to re-buy some crash bars that I previously bought from them in November (destroyed in a crash). They now cost $93.50 CAD to ship here with the only option being USPS Priority Mail International, whereas before it was free via Fedex.

I didn’t know they had even merged. Shame about the shipping fees. I’ll just save up for bulk orders from Europe with free shipping if that’s the case.
