Ninja 300 Clutch 1 and up Grinding

Hello!
I have a 300 ABS, 2013.
I got her with 5000km and I put 1200km

last night after being stuck 2 hours in traffic (1-neutral-1...) shifting 2 and up it feels like the clutch doesn't disengage 100% so I hear a noise and feel a grinding

Any idea where to star looking, and
can someone recommend a shop or mechanic in Toronto? (I don't have any tools or knowledge).. or someone can help? I can $.

on a side note. i called several shops and all of them have 2+ weeks of wait time.

I would start with the clutch cable tension. It's possible with all that actuation it stretched. Bike is new enough, and new cables stretch. As said find a copy of the service manual. The owners manual might even have it.

Ive worked on two Ninja 300's last week. Both of them have had shifter related issues. If you need help send me a PM.
