Ninja 250R 2010 - Keep Collision or Upset

I'm a 47 year old rider and have been licensed for 24 years. I didn't ride for over 10 years and decided to purchase a new 2010 Ninja 250R last year. I'd like to cancel the "collision or upset" which is $110. Is this a bad idea? Also, I can't find a definition on the policy for OPCF44R. I do want to keep theft.

I'm currently paying $643.00
Liability ($1m) $42
Accident Benefits $312
Property damage $2
Uninsured Automobile $14
Direct Compensation property damage $30
Specified Perils $94 (deductible $250)
Collision or upset $110 (decutible $250)
OPCF44R (not sure what this means) $39

The collision coverage is really dependent on you. I left out the collision coverage for my Ninja 250.

OPCF44R - Family Protection Coverage (OPCF 44R): This coverage protects you, or an eligible member of your family, to the same limits as your Third-Party Liability coverage if you are involved in an automobile accident where you are not at fault, with someone who carries less insurance, no insurance, or is an unidentified driver (e.g., hit and run)
