If you're planning on keeping your Ninja 250, get whichever one you like. I'm partial to the 2nd one, just because I don't like integrated lights, it will require extra wiring and you'll likely botch it (Not an insult, I'm an electrical engineer, I'd likely botch it too), and it's from Rider's Discount, which is a reputable source.

If you're planning on eventually selling your 250, which you likely are, get the actual OEM replacement parts. Since you've crashed your bike, you won't be able to command the ridiculous prices that are seen on Kijiji right now, but non-OEM replacement parts would reduce the value of your bike. Stupid, I know, but that's the way it works. Gotta pay to play the game.

I just got a 08 250r and I can't seem to adjust the right mirror to a similar position to the left mirror. The left one allows me to see behind me but the right one is mainly for the blind spot. Is it just me or are the mirrors on different angles and supposed to be like this?

I've always found left and right mirrors view differently. Good thing backwards is backwards and you don't NEED them both to show you. your arms are probably blocking most of the mirrors at this point anyways. Just find something that works for you and use lots of head movement.
