Haha, there were a couple nice days to ride for the past couple weeks here and there. Today and tomorrow are supposed to be really cold but the temp should be going up to around 10 degrees on wednesday.
Not until it's warm enough to wash it. Too much work in the garage this winter has left it too dirty to start the season. The bike is a fine wood dust colour at present.

Nope. All I said was that my bike (probably) won't get ridden until it's been washed. I don't see a date anywhere in my post beyond "when it's warm enough to wash". Could even be tonight if a warm front comes in. Never assume to read minds young grasshopper.
It is only -17 degree C there right now per the weather channel!
-15 in Algonquin Park. A tad burrrrrrr for street riding in my books.:cussing:
Guess I still have time to put the rear swingarm and forks back on my bikes. Took them off to have oils changes (forks & shock) and re-grease the steering stem bearings and rear suspension.

Just rode the sv650s home from storage... It's my first season riding, so I'm not use to cold temps yet.. didnt have my heated gear, just a sweater and mesh riding jacket. It was -9 with flurries, but was worth it. Can't wait till wednesday!!

Its my first season riding as well (other than the training course last year). I just wear more layers although it kinda makes me look like a black snowball rolling down the road
Haha yes the mesh jacket made the ride very cold. Biggest problem was fingers though..completely numb by the time I got home. Looking into heated gloves right now..
