[Niagara Region] Effingham is under construction

With the supposedly warm sunday coming up, it's possible that TO riders may want to venture my way.

Just a heads up that the ever popular Effingham Road is under heavy contructions just before the fun part. Gravel road and lots, lots of dirt and gravel all over the place, patchy asphalt and just a complete mess.

Avoid at all costs! It's sketchy in a car too!

As an update, I went that way in a cage and it looks like the construction part is complete. There's a new layer of asphalt and it's going to be a fun little stretch of road for the 2013 season.

As of now there's still a bit of dirt on the road from post-construction but given the weather I don't think anyone will really be going that way on two wheels for a while.
