Still pretty new to posting on this site, but really wanted to pass on the amazing service we got from NRC. My wife bought a bike from them a few months back. After some great customer service and remarkably cheap delivery (Virgil to London), we were disappointed to find the battery dead within a few days. Because this bike was a trade in, was quite new, and had been serviced at NRC in the past, they had no idea why such a new bike should have battery issues. Fearing that there may be an issue with the alternator or some other part of the electrical system, they immediately offered to pick up the bike for free and offered a full refund. They said they were uncomfortable with the thought of selling us a defective bike. Since it took my wife a while to find this bike and wanted to keep it, I was talked through a range of tests after fully charging the battery but the issue remained. The next day they came out to London with a new battery, hung around for over a half hour while the bike was running to make sure it was charging properly, and followed up a few days later to make sure there were no issues. Long story a little less long; they spent more $$ in their time and gas than it would have cost them to just pay for a new battery to make sure the bike was working properly. Also, the front fender had a small crack in it, but a new one arrived in the mail yesterday.
