Seems like an awful waste of fuel just sitting their idling till it's ready to go. Looks very uncomfortable and looks like the rider was uneasy on it. Not my cup of tea. But yeah it sounds cool.

That's Jay Leno. Starting at 33seconds, you can see him in the crowd to the left of the bike, and then his chin beneath the helmet :p. It has a Rolls Royce helicopter engine if my memory serves me correctly.

Jay Leno is a cool guy IMO. There are a few vids of him driving several of his cars up Mulholland and chatting with all the people at the hangout. But as I said earlier, this bike just doesn't do anything for me except the sound. The rear end looks awful and it seems like it has a super long wheelbase hence the bad handling.
