Hi Everyone,
Even though I've now lived in Toronto for just over two years I'm still pretty new to riding in these parts. I moved here from Vancouver and brought my little NS400R in the back of a van along with me. Sadly Toronto riding just doesn't agree with the little guy. Turns out if it's not rolling it'll jump at the chance to over heat and with this CRAZY Toronto traffic it's just no fun to be worried about it all the time. Perhaps I'll rig up a fan on a switch to cool it when in traffic but for the time being I've parked it.
I picked up a 1990 VFR750, the biggest and most powerful thing I've ever ridden. I've nicknamed it the BBQ as it throws off a lot of heat but wow do I ever love it. It feels way more secure and stable on the highways (the little NS would get buffeted all over the place) and would you believe it gets better milage as well?!
OK... just wanted to say hi and I look forward to riding by y'all on the roads and chatting with all of you on here.
