I hear this is an active forum with a great community so here I am! I've been riding for 2 years now, started with a Kawasaki 250 and upgraded to a Yamaha R6 (picture attached). I'm definately still a novice rider, I don't do cool stuff like rotating my bike on its kick stand to turn it around (is that even cool?).

Anyways I just moved to North York from Brampton, and it sucks to be away from Terra Cotta / Forks of the Credit. If anyone knows any good roads in the area that aren't too far away, please let me know! (I live right across from Yorkdale mall)

Also if anyone is interested in riding I'm always down. I know it's getting colder but I plan on riding till the end of October AT LEAST. Currently I don't even own a car so the pressure to find one before winter is on. Maybe I'll just ride through the winter, get tire chains or something.

I'm an insurance broker (I know, I know) so if anyone has any questions about anything, hit me; I'll be around.

You'll probably see me asking mechanical questions soon about proper storage. I'm too intimidated to remove side fairings to actually learn anything about my bike. Hell I haven't even tightened my chain. GG.

Lastly I'm a LoL player and martial artist. If you don't know anything about the former, do not ask and do not look it up.

Be seein ya,

Welcome dude. nice r6!!

I just picked mine up a few weeks ago, and new to this forum.

what year is that? 08??

Mines a 2007 raven edition :)

Lol I had to put up with that "I'm your father" stuff so much as a kid. Teachers especially thought it was hilarious.

As for the R6, its a 2011. Bought it used from VOS Motors. Very happy with it thus far :)

The raven version is very nice, I see where you got your name now.
