Hey guys&gals, I am new to motorcycles and everything about them.
I am a 22 year old male, and I am looking into buying a 1982 yamaha XS 400.
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some tips, info, etc about the bike and getting into motorcycles.
I was also wondering if anyone could give me a vague idea about the insurance. I have heard it can be monthly?
Like the title says, new to all of this! so any info is much appreciated.

Yes, you can pay for insurance monthly.

The general idea for insurance is you want to call several insurance companies and find the best quote for you and your desire motorcycle.

There are various factors that can affect your insurance quote/rate. The common ones are your age, license, and type of motorcycle.

TLDR: Call insurance companies. Find the best quote. And then proceed to purchasing the motorcycle.
