New rider in Bolton

Hello, I'm Dan. I'm 30 years old and just got a 2007 suzuki gs500f. I also have a 1977 benelli 250-2c that I'm currently rebuilding into a cafe racer. That won't be ready till next year though.
I had a cbr125 a few years ago but I didn't use it much because of my lack of confidence on it. After taking the mtohp course a few weeks ago, I feel MUCH better about being on 2 wheels around other drivers.

If anyone lives near Bolton and wants to go for a ride, let me know!
On another note, please share some fun roads to ride in the area.
 
Welcome to the forum. I'm not super far from Bolton. If you venture out head towards Orangeville and check out hockley road. It's pretty decent.
 
There's also rover road which is a little further north of hockley. It's twisty but be careful on it. Someone found out the hard way yesterday apparently :(

Kevin, I'd be interested if you've got the patience to ride with a noob. Can't go out after dark till June 9 though, still got my kiddie license.

Thanks Tazz. I'm hoping I can make it out this weekend. Was thinking of heading towards schomberg and exploring some roads around there.

Which course are you doing? I did mtohp and they were pretty good. Awesome group of instructors.
 
The gore rd north of old church is a nice cruise. Not twisty or anything though. Well a couple.

Head north towards Hockley from 9 and gore. Nice back roads up there.

From airport rd take Charleston rd over to 10 head south and hit up the forks.
