New rider from Hamilton!

Hi there, 27yrs old, I've never ridden a motorcycle before. I plan to get my m1 next week and take a training course at the end of the month. I also plan on starting on either a ninja 500r or gs500f bike. Seems like a good starting point.

Once everything comes together, hope to see some of you out on the road!

I have checked insurance prices, I've got anywhere from $1080 - $2500 per year. Not too bad, all of the agents said it would come down after 1 years experience.

Both bikes are excellent choices I'm new to the site too, just joined yesterday. I'm 26 and live in the Hammer too. Rode a CBR125R for 2 years (IMO too small of a bike, dangerous even) and now I ride a 2002 Kawasaki ninja zx6. Keep in touch!
