Nice bass. My personal best was a 22.5" pulled out of crowe river. Jumped, and spooled 3 times, and on the fourth jump, jumped right in the boat
. Thing was a monster, and on the advice of my Dad (I might have been 14-15) I let him go. Biggest and fattest smallie I've ever seen (didn't have a scale, or a net). Now when we talk about that fish, he says I should have kept it and mounted it.......woulda, coulda, shoulda. There was 3 of us fishing out of a 14' aluminum, and after the first jump and we saw how big it was, we were wondering how I was going to land it. The fish took care of that for us, it was friggen hilarious. We we're guessing around 6-6.5lbs for mine, and seeing your 20" weighing 4.9 makes it plausible I guess.
Buddy of mine got a 20" in roughly the same spot as mine a couple years later. That was a big fatty too.
