Hello GTAM!

I was referred here by a co-worker and I like what I see. I look forward to interacting more in the future.

I WILL be a new rider in the spring when I plan to write my M1, take a course and get my M2. I have wanted to ride since high school but knowing how daring I was on a bicycle (I have the scars to show for) and being a typical young male driver, I thought it would be wise to wait until I was more mature. Having two co-workers who are riders and being older and more mature now, I again have the desire to become a rider.

I bought a 2000 GS500E from a friend and bought a helmet so the 'carrot' is now dangled in front of me. ;)

I look forward to riding, meeting new people and discovering the world from a different perspective.

bought a bike a few months before you will get your license, a typical not well-planned person.

have you checked insurance yet for M1? Lol

it takes 2 years to get M btw. you dont just take a course and get it.
 
Welcome to the forums! Too bad you decided to torture yourself over the winter like that :D Good luck on your m1 and your m1exit course. You'll learn a lot. I'll be out and about in the spring, practicing and getting back into the swing of it. If you want to meet up then, just give me a shout
