this is gonan sound bad I know, and I really do hope they find her, but based soley on the pic and description, where the hell is the parenting!!??? multiple piercings, the picture itself of her released has her with a hickey on her neck, she is 13 years old!!!?? WTF!
I would assume she ran off with someone and was not kidnapped!

What a bunch of fake outrage. I know what I was up to at 13. And there were plenty of girls like her around. Just wern't plastered all over the net is all.
 
Its not fake outrage, its actually no rage at all. I know what i was up to at 13, and yes there were plenty of girls like that. A lot of them ended up with kids and no dads, living in crappy apts and making money for weed.
Yes i have a daughter, yes her friends were like that, not talking outta my arse here.

Some of them turned it around (mine) , some others not so much.

I agree, people jump to conclusions, judge a book by the cover; but I guess that's the issue is that most people do judge a book by the cover....

Kids need to learn to lock down their digital lives.
