Need welder to fix oval hole for center stand.

Hi,
I'm looking for somebody (welder) to help fixing a hole on the frame of a 1969 Triumph. Due to wear one of the centre stand mounting holes ova led and needs to be fixed. See picture.

Getting it welded is the easy part.
Once it is welded you will have to bore that hole out again.
Why not jig the thing up to bore the hole, and insert a hardened sleeve. No welding. Better than new.
