Need urgently longer caliper bolts? M10x1.25x75-80

I am in need of longer caliper bolts, I ordered an oversize rotor kit for my bike along with calipers. However I did not receive the correct length bolts or caliper spacers, the caliper spacers I was able to have machined last night by my lathe guy.

Now I need longer bolts so I can ride this new bike! So does anyone have or know of a store that would have M10 x 1.25 x 75-80mm long bolts in stock?

I would be willing to pay good money for a set of 4 if I can get them this weekend....

Going to be hard to find that thread pitch, I had a heck of a time, and had to order through a guy in the US, unfortunately the longest I have on hand is 40mm....

You can try Pacific Fasteners if they are open

Can't help up with the bolts but good luck getting that bike on the road. You've done it up really well, let us know how it rides compared to the old model...
 
Thats for the suggestions guys, but I lucked out big time. The only bike I had with radial calipers in my shop that was a non Kawi was a 2010 R1, I was able to borrow the bolts off it which were 70mm long.

I only managed to put 381KM on it but so far so good, the bikes chassis is almost the exact same as my 09 besides the new front forks and steering rake. So that being said this bike has the only thing the 09-12 lacked IMO, the 636 engine is what its always been for me, just fantastic! I used to run my 09 ZX6R with +7 gearing and it was still gutless to me down low, this bike barely broken in with stock gearing feels better to me then my 09 geared +7.. Its a happy 10 year anniversary for me and the 636 thats for sure!

Only bad thing I can say is I hate the traction control, and the fact I have to hold a button 3 times every time I turn the bike on to turn off the TC...I am still looking for a way to completely disable it.
 
Hey Johnny, I need 4 of 70mm M10x1.25 caliper bolts and 4 of 10mm spacers as well for an 03 GSXR 1000 forks with 03 GSXR 600 rim & rotors. Are you 100% sure that the 2010 R1 caliper bolts are 70 mm long and will work with what I'm trying to achieve? How much does it cost from your guys to buy 4 x 10 mm caliper spacers? Let me know please I need to get my track bike ready asap

I picked up 5 M10x1.25pitch 70 mm bolts for $12 from Fastenal today but they have a huge hex head (17mm) and I think there may be a problem with fastening them cause the 17 mm socket barely fits between the caliper itself and the bolt. I might put a washer between the bolt head an caliper to raise the head some more for better clearance. Any idea where I can get the 10 mm spacers for these bolts?

Brembo sells spacers with bolts, I just got some 13mm spacers with 75mm bolts for $40 . They also offered different size spacers and longer or shorter bolts

The R1 bolts I used temporarily are 70mm long
 
You could go OEM and buy some engine mount bolts.....like a 03/04 636 has some m10x1.25 holding the motor up. I think those were 70mm below the head...but you'd be paying around $7-$10/ea??

Those Kawi bolts suck though, the 6mm socket cap on them strip really easily

The R1 bolts were about $40 but they are 12mm hex head

The Brembo bolts are also socket cap but 8mm

Looks like I'll be going this way after I saw their stuff on OPP Racing, damn I can't close this bike up for another week...

Yup OPP is where I ordered mine, I like their site it shows stock on items before you choose to order or not. And since they are in Canada stuff comes pretty fast
 
Call up Try Hard Industrial in Mississauga. I just picked up 4, M10x1.25x30 for $5. If they don't have it they can get it next day.
