Need Scooter Expert for SR50

I have called Motoretta, Corsa Meccanica (WTF!!), Two Wheel Motorsport and nobody seems to be able to help.

The scooter won't stay idling once started. It lasts about 5-10 seconds before dying. Any throttle input makes it go dead immediately. I have a fresh plug in it but the one I took out seemed too black. I think it's not getting enough air. The air filter has been cleaned and lightly coated with air filter oil. Leading up to this, it was hard starting, lack of power, couldn't run at wide open throttle, and did not want to rev over 7,000 rpms even though it used to rev over 8000 rpm. It has not run for 16 days!!

Any scooter experts out there?

Check your reed valves, and blow out the exhaust with compressed air. This should help

have you tried that scooter dealership near Kensington forgot it's name. They have bunch of vintage scooters and some not so name brand scooters. They seem to know various type of scooters. Argh what's it's name they opened probably not more than 3 years.
