Willing to go anywhere in the GTA or further for one that does small jobs for a fair price. I need a set of clip-on risers enlarged from 50 to 53 mm, and I've been told to "offset the boring operation to make most of the cut in the thicker part of the clamp. A good machinist can do it using a spacer in the clamp gap and tightened bolts".

I can't just buy another set in 53 mm because they're only available in 50.

Try John at Motorcycle Enhancements in Oakville...I know they do custom work so they might be able to help...

Thats a simple operation, any machine shop can do it. Many will hesitate if they know you are altering a motorcycle part, tell them the part is for a video game controller.

I struggled to find a known shop to make a sleeve, but was put onto a guy in Whitby by a race shop who was too busy for my small order. His name is Terry, and the shop is Quadra Machining:

Quadra Machining

He did great work, was fast, and very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend him...

There is a small guy at 15 lHeritage Rd in Markham. He used to do stuff for me, he also for Racers5 and SpeedWorx.

No CNC, he's an old school tool and die maker that likes fun stuff. Fine Edge Grinding & Machine.
