Need a fender eliminator kit installed

Tried and failed installing the kit on my kawi 400r. This attempt took 2hrs, most of which was trying to find a washer that wanted to relocate to the front of the bike. Its still missing. Looks this if you see it O

Guess my question is, would the dealership install this for me? Any suggestions where else I could go? I'm in the leaside area, but have bike will travel.

Got the R & G Tidy tail that reuses the stock turn signals. The 400 and the 650 use the same kit...at least that's what I'm relying on. Quid pro quo, where do you get your 650 parts? I've been using the 650shop.com Price is good, but UPS customs charges suck.
