Napanee area - paralegal - speeding ticket

Hi all,

Received a speeding ticket in the Napanee area on the 401. I live in Toronto.
Can anyone recommend anyone in the area that would do a good job at fighting the ticket?

The problem you'll find with small towns and paralegals is that the small offices out there will not go to bat for you in court and at best will get you a plea deal that you could get yourself.

Do a search on the site, there's more than one person who has been in a similar situation. Also, just for the record, there's a massive OPP station in Napanee, between Cornwall and Trenton on the 401 both Brockville area and Napanee are pretty much watch-your-speed-more carefully than normal areas.

Napanee is the speed trap capital of the eastern half of 401 IMHO. I travel the highway a lot between Toronto and Ottawa and Montreal, and it is by far the area with the biggest OPP presence. The flat stretch of highway just west of the primary off ramp is always littered with OPP radar. They usually hide under an overpass concrete pillar and get people pushing down the straight stretch.

This is true, even better is they will have 5-10 of these lined up and they deal with them in 5-10 minutes. At say 250 a ticket this is easy money for them. Though if there is a loop hole to get you out of the ticket some will try try to use it.
