Showed up on a Sunday afternoon just past five thinking they were open 'til 6. Lights off, nobody home but I tried the door and it was unlocked. A guy popped out from behind a desk and I told him I was looking for a helmet for my passenger and I was told they closed at 6. He kinda shrugged and said s'alright come on in. This is a first for me!

So he showed us a helmet, took the time to find different sizes, explained the features, but I told him it was more than I was willing to pay. So he went and rummaged around for an out-of-box helmet that could do the job and voila, a good helmet at a good price thanks to good service. Thanks Edward.

He told me stories of opening the store at strange hours for people before, as if he's the only pharmacy in a small town or something. Hey, worked for me so I wish him the best. Nice showroom too.

I rented my helmet for my M1X course from Studio Cycle Group this past weekend. Great bunch of guys there. They explained the fundamentals of helmet fitting to me, took their time to recommend a proper type of helmet, even taking into account the weather for the upcoming weekend. They even let me sit on a few bikes there and explained motorcycle ergonomics to me. Would definitely return in the future for my biking needs. Great no pressure environment that made a newbie like me feel at ease.

I dunno, I brought my old kymco in there for servicing before I knew anything about motorcycle maintenance, and asked for valve check/adjustment. They told me to come back in an hour and a half, and charged me 300 bucks.

Took a maintenance course and found out the engine NEEDS to be cold to check valve clearances, which means the bike needs to sit overnight to cool completely down. So they probably didn't do anything or just did it very wrong. Otherwise they're very nice, and they got a sweet showroom.

I went in there one day to buy some oil to do my oil change and I asked them if they can inspect my bike cause I just got it. They said they can do the oil change and inspection and it would be cheaper than me doing my own oil change and bringing the bike in for them to inspect, and since they would be doing the oil change, the oil would be cheaper than buying a jug since they have it in bulk. I brought the bike in later that week and they tell me that its gonna cost $90 for the inspection and oil change PLUS the oil at $10.95 A LITRE!!!!! They told me it was $45 for inspection and I know if I went anywhere else I could get 4 litres of oil of semi synthetic for $29-$35 plus a $10 filter. They charged me 3 litres for the price of 4 that I could have got anywhere else when they said it would be cheaper.

Long story short, I paid $152 for an oil change. I asked them after if the bike needs anything and the guy came out and started looking at it and I was wondering, what the hell are you looking at? didn't you look at it in the shop like I asked, since I did pay for it??? At this point I'm ****** but kept quiet and he started to list off some things but paid no attention to him since I know I will never go back there again.
