My dog knows my bike from other bikes!

Dogs are awesome! yes I have posted a pic of him in here, and he is the best. The crazy thing is though, he knows my bike sound from all the other bikes that past by. We have no houses behind us, so its just a pond then a road... he can hear my bike from when I turn onto that street and is waiting at the door for me when I get home till my kids let him out and he mauls me! lol
Soo many bikes go by and he doesn't flinch, as soon as my bike starts coming he knows! I find that so amazing! Any of you're dogs do the same?
 
My dogs are the same, they know all of our vehicle sounds well before the vehicle is close to the house. Now if they could just stop farting...
 
I can deal with the farting... you will miss it when there gone.

I'll miss them for sure, but never miss those little packets of death...

They're all like that. My first dog knew when my buddy was a few blocks away in his straight 6 GMC, and knew it meant TRUCK RIDE!!!!!, so went straight to the door.
 
Mine are super tuned to who is opening the door! When my husband or I come in she doesn't get guarded but if anyone else opens the front door and comes in the same way we do when we're not here she freaks out! Don't get how she knows who it coming in the door just by the sound of how it opens lol, pretty awesome if you ask me!
 
Nothing to do with the bike.
Dogs can sense when their owners are coming home.
