Motorcycling is dangerous ?

I was having my morning coffee when I saw my neighbours get hit by a gust and go airborne. We had to drag it off the roof.

A lot of rain umbrellas have a spike sticking out the end for some reason, possibly to aid drying but definitely not eye friendly.

People get killed by falling ice and icicles, tree branches etc ATGATT.

Are these act of nature (God) things or do people get sued?
