My fastest rides are 250kmh on a 2003 FJR1300 and 260 on a 2010 Hayabusa. Both on 404 north of AuroraRd.
I had to use GPS, after 200kmh I couldn’t look at the speedo. The FJR run was bike limited, the Busa was courage limited.
My car limit is 255, which was a speed limiter run that ended in a catch and release. Car was my 300zx Stillen. 404 north of Stoufville rd.
172kmh on an 05 Skidoo MXZ,Kempenfelt Bay.
I don’t do that anymore. Except for a moment this summer on 144 when I found a DL 650 did 181.
That's the upper end of 4th gear. Did you run out of road?260 on a 2010 Hayabusa.

I think that it was included as a joke. Dodge Tomahawk - WikipediaThat video went super shady with the Tomahawk at 644 km/h. My ass it will do anywhere close to that. Probably half that estimate is in the ballpark.
Once you’re above 200, cops are not top of mind.More worried about cops or crashing? Daytime or nighttime?
For those that travel to mexico often, With increased air density at colder temperatures, how is terminal velocity affected? You make more power but you are also pushing heavier air out of the way. I've never tried terminal velocity runs at varying temperatures.Mexico can be fun this time of year.
The cooler air definitely offsets the power. Remember, air friction doesn't rise linearly, at about 200kph and up, it rises exponentially. For those that travel to mexico often, With increased air density at colder temperatures, how is terminal velocity affected?
