With many of us have smaller garages, sheds etc. that house our motorcycle as well as lawn mowers, snow blowers etc. I am surprised I have not seen these locally produced and/or sold. Unless I just have not found them yet?

They seem to be very popular in Europe (which makes sense)
Does anyone have and use one. I just posted a few different designs I found on google. I really like the orange one for it's compact size.

It takes a ton of open space to rotate a bike (~8' diameter circle). In tight quarters, the most space efficient is backing it straight out the path it came in. The one you like may allow you to slide your bike sideways easily which can help in some situations (but it also may have stability issues with the small footprint).

I started building one once and then realized how much more space was needed to actually be able to spin the bike around. I have three bikes crammed into my workshop and I would have been lucky to fit one bike with a turn table and one without.

If you want space saving, watch @Wingboy's latest trials video and make something similar so you can store bikes vertically. It would be the most exciting part of the ride as the front came up past the balance point.

I have just the one bike (but a big one) I have the room to turn it around with some type of turn table. Was just curious to other peoples thoughts. End thread...

Motorcycle dolly, you can buy them around here. I had one for a few years, it was nice at times to put a bike right up against a wall but the kickstand part sticks out quite a bit. It just got in the way more than anything so I sold it. You see them on marketplace here and there.

If you wanted something like the first one, you can roll your own using an HF dolly and a wheel chock:

Otherwise, you can get front and rear stands that have dolly wheels on them to accomplish the same thing, and also use them for maintenance:

Then there's my favorite - Dynamoto. Sadly they don't make a front that can actually be used for maintenance and I don't know why:
