motorcycle towing question

A roughly 30km tow from dealership back to home.
They quote me $130+hst, does this sound reasonable?
(*New rider here, no experience of towing service, and don't want to take the highway)

With dealers charging around a hundred an hour it seems not bad IMO. Consider set up and return trip.

Shop rate of $80-100 per hour. Probably takes 10 minutes to load, 20 minutes driving each way, 10 minutes to unload... makes an hour. Add in fuel cost truck/trailer, the price sounds reasonable.
