Motorcycle parking near Yonge and Bloor

very much doubt it, you can use street parking close by. I'd probably try cumberland or charles.
 
I used to always see some bikes parked in the alleyway beside St. Andrews, attempt at your own risk. There are a bunch of vacant looking pedestrian spaces in the area where you will still get ticketed/evicted by security
